WHO WE ARE

Functional Solutions is located in Wageningen, the heart of Food and Feed research in The Netherlands. We, Bert Wijnholds and Jeroen van Roon, are at the core of this second-generation family company. Because we have over 30 years of extensive experience, we are experts in emulsifiers for feed and their applications.

Since emulsifiers are highly versatile and can be used in many different ways, we help our customers choosing the right emulsifier for their specific application. Because of our background in biochemistry and biotechnology and our extensive experience in the field, we understand the behaviour of ingredients both in feed production processes as well as their behaviour in the (young) animal.

Not only do we offer a broad range of high quality products, we also offer support, know-how and advise to maximally benefit from them, in a practical and result-oriented manner.
